We are excited to announce the commencement of construction for our newest project, Lotus Riverwalk. This project will feature 110 Energy Star-rated apartment and townhouse units along the Ogden River. The Riverwalk Apartments will be the first phase of a master-planned, multi-phased development located near downtown Ogden. The project as a whole will add over 600 multifamily units ranging from low-income to high-end, market rate dwelling units. This will be one of Utah’s first “true net-zero” multi-family projects featuring all-electric units/ common area and a massive solar panel array that will produce more electricity than the project uses in total.
Congratulations to the team and everyone involved. We are so excited to add this beautiful community to the city and the Lotus portfolio.

When our founder, Bryan Wrigley, first met Pat Winslow who was working to turn his dream of opening a brewery into a reality, it was clear this would be a lifelong friendship. The vision for Ogden River Brewing has grown, this passionate team has expanded, and yes, there have been hurdles, but our excitement hasn’t dampened one bit. Yesterday was a great day — the tanks are here and we’re that much closer! Here’s a happy Pat with his lovely wife, Sara.
