Bryan Wrigley | Founder & CEO
Bryan Wrigley leads The Lotus Company on the conviction that housing is a conduit of hope, a stage for dignity, and a sanctuary where lives are restored. With over two decades of experience and more than $1.8 billion in transactions across the Wasatch Front and beyond, his leadership is defined by human-centered design and the unwavering belief that every person deserves to feel seen and safe.
Bryan holds a Master's in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Utah. A world traveler and student of culture, he brings that expansive vision back to every community he serves.

Rick’s accomplished career includes 27+ years of experience in accounting, financial management and analysis, private investor and banking relations, and property acquisition and management in a wide variety of industries. This experience has cultivated a unique breadth and depth of technical knowledge that has resulted in remarkable achievements.
During his time in these industries, Rick has grown a construction and development company from $10 million in revenue and 25 employees to $250 million in revenue and 180 employees. In one year, Rick put into place over $200 million in financing facilities. His ability to create value and bring results make him an invaluable member of the Lotus team.

Bryan Wroten
Over the past two decades, he has honed his expertise in managing complex construction projects, ranging from school remodels and fire stations to large multi-family developments and assisted living facilities.
Employing a real-time collaborative approach, Bryan has consistently delivered successful outcomes, emphasizing teamwork and system refinement. As a key member of the Lotus Built team, he brings visionary leadership, driving projects to fruition with precision and excellence. In addition to being the President of Construction at The Lotus Company, Bryan also serves as the President of Lotus Built, The Lotus Company’s in house construction power-house.

Chandler Leetzow
Chandler Leetzow brings nearly 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business management to his role as Vice President of Capital Strategies at Lotus, which he joined in 2018. He leads efforts across underwriting, acquisitions, financing, and investor relations, playing a key role in the company's institutional real estate growth.
Chandler holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Utah. A well-traveled artist and fisherman, he has visited all seven continents and is always searching for the next trophy fish.

Adam Hughes
Adam brings over 20 years of experience across project management, accounting, economic development, and real estate. His strengths lie in aligning community investment opportunities, overcoming development challenges, and executing complex projects from concept to completion.
A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Economic Developer, Adam currently oversees the development team managing $740 million in projects across three states, encompassing 2,094 units under development and construction.

Steven blomquist
Steven Blomquist serves as Director of Development at The Lotus Company, leading the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of multifamily and mixed-use projects across the full development lifecycle. He brings broad experience in land acquisition and development across multifamily, retail, and industrial asset classes, including award-winning work at Fore Property Company.
Steven applies a disciplined, finance-driven approach informed by both market-rate and mission-oriented housing. He holds a Master of Science in Finance and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Mass Communication from the University of Utah.

Lindsey Forbes
With 10 years of experience in administrative leadership, Lindsey is known throughout Lotus for her ability to build strong relationships, manage resources effectively, and deliver results that consistently exceed expectations. Her constructive mindset, coupled with a genuine passion for people, make her the driving force behind the cultivation of a positive and empowering work environment at Lotus. Through a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and a keen insight into human behavior, Lindsey implements initiatives that promote collaboration, creativity, and well-being of employees. Lindsey is dedicated to creating a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and inspired to reach their full potential.
