Lotus Leadership

Bryan Wrigley | Founder & CEO

Bryan Wrigley leads The Lotus Company with the conviction that housing is far more than brick and mortar - it is a conduit of hope, a stage for dignity, and a sanctuary where lives are restored. He envisions communities where every individual is known, every family uplifted, and every home a reflection of what is sacred and whole.

With over two decades of experience shaping multifamily developments, capital strategies, and design initiatives along the Wasatch Front, and throughout the United States, Bryan has stewarded more than $1.8 billion in transactions while refusing to let numbers define the mission.  What sets his leadership apart is a relentless devotion to human-centered design, authentic partnerships, and the unwavering belief that every person deserves to feel seen and safe.  Under his leadership, Lotus builds not just high-quality housing, but environments where resilience is nurtured, communities thrive, and the invisible stories of dignity are honored.

Educated with a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Utah, Bryan combines strategic rigor with spiritual attunement. Outside the boardroom, he is a traveler of the world and a student of culture, committed to expanding his own vision so he can bring its fullness back to the communities he serves.

The Lotus Company is more than a development firm - it is a living canvas for transformation, a firm where business becomes ministry and buildings become altars of hope. Driven by the mandate to give freely and give fully, he leads the company toward a future where every family can stand in a space built not only for habitation, but for thriving.
